Web Design & Development in Dubai
Fast, mobile-first, conversion-focused websites and landing pages — designed to load fast, rank well, and turn traffic into booked calls.
A website has about five seconds to make someone believe you are competent. Most Dubai business websites lose that on load speed alone — and the majority of the traffic deciding is on a phone, not a laptop.
This page covers what we build, what it costs, how long it takes, and what separates a site that generates enquiries from one that just exists.
What does a business website cost in Dubai?
A professional business website in Dubai costs between AED 3,500 and AED 15,000 for most small and medium businesses. A landing page runs AED 1,500–4,000, a five to eight page business site AED 3,500–9,000, and e-commerce from AED 8,000. Below AED 2,000 you are buying a template with your logo dropped in.
Our builds start at AED 3,500. Full detail is in our guide to what a website actually costs in Dubai.
What every build includes
Mobile-first design
Designed for the phone first and scaled up, not designed on a desktop and squeezed down. Most of your traffic and almost all of your first impressions happen on mobile.
Speed optimisation
Compressed images, clean code, minimal dependencies. A site taking eight seconds to load loses a meaningful share of visitors before they see anything, and Google factors speed into rankings.
SEO structure built in
Title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, schema markup, sitemap and clean URLs — included, not sold as an upsell. A site built without these can rank, but fights uphill for years. This is the item most often missing from a cheap quote and the one you notice last.
Lead capture on every page
WhatsApp buttons, enquiry forms and clear calls to action placed where people actually decide. In the UAE, WhatsApp typically converts better than a contact form — we usually build both and let the data decide.
Content and copywriting
Written for search intent rather than filler. Projects stall most often because the client is asked to supply copy and never finds the time, so we write it.
Handover and ownership
You own the domain, the hosting account and the files. Get that in writing from any agency — if they hold your domain, changing providers becomes a negotiation.
Pricing tiers
| Tier | AED | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Launch | 3,500 | 5 pages, mobile-first, SEO structure, WhatsApp + form |
| Business | 7,500 | 10 pages, custom design, copywriting, blog, integrations |
| Advanced | 12,000 | 15+ pages, e-commerce or booking, multi-language, CRM |
See full packages. Hosting, domain and maintenance are separate ongoing costs — budget roughly AED 400–2,500 a year for hosting and AED 1,200–6,000 for maintenance.
How long it takes
| Type | Timeline |
|---|---|
| Landing page | 3 – 7 days |
| Business website (5–8 pages) | 2 – 4 weeks |
| Corporate site (10–20 pages) | 4 – 8 weeks |
| E-commerce | 4 – 10 weeks |
The usual cause of delay is not development — it is waiting for logos, photos and service descriptions. Projects that ship on time are the ones where the client blocks out two hours in week one and sends everything at once.

WordPress, custom or a site builder?
- Site builders (Wix, Squarespace) — AED 500–1,500/year, fine for testing an idea. Template-bound, weaker SEO control, and most businesses rebuild once they grow.
- WordPress — flexible and editable by you, with a large plugin ecosystem. Needs maintenance and security updates.
- Custom build — fastest and most controlled, appropriate when speed and structure matter more than self-editing.
We recommend based on whether you intend to edit the site yourself, not on what is easiest for us to build.
A website alone will not bring traffic
This is the part most agencies leave out. A new site has no authority and no rankings on day one. It needs SEO to be found organically, or paid ads to bring traffic immediately — usually both, in sequence.
We build sites designed around the campaigns that will drive traffic to them, which is why tracking and lead capture are in place from day one rather than retrofitted later.
How we work
- Discovery. What you sell, who buys, what the site must achieve.
- Wireframe and design. Structure agreed before visual design begins.
- Build. Development, content, SEO structure, speed and testing.
- Launch and handover. You own everything. Support included.

How much does a website cost in Dubai?
Between AED 3,500 and AED 15,000 for most small and medium businesses. A landing page is AED 1,500–4,000, a five to eight page business site AED 3,500–9,000, e-commerce from AED 8,000. Below AED 2,000 you are generally buying a filled-in template.
How long does it take to build a website?
Three to seven days for a landing page, two to four weeks for a standard business site, four to ten weeks for e-commerce. The most common delay is waiting on content from the client rather than development time.
Do you write the content or do I?
We write it. Projects stall most often when the client is asked to supply copy and never finds the time, which is how sites end up launching with placeholder text. Copywriting is included in our Business tier and above.
Will I be able to edit the website myself?
Yes, if that matters to you — tell us during discovery and we build on a platform you can manage. If you would rather not touch it, we handle updates. Either way you own the files, domain and hosting account.
Is SEO included when you build a website?
On-page SEO structure is included in every build — title tags, meta descriptions, headings, schema, sitemap and speed. Ongoing SEO, meaning content and authority building to rank for competitive terms, is a separate monthly service.
What ongoing costs should I expect after launch?
Domain AED 50–400 a year, hosting AED 400–2,500, and maintenance covering security updates and backups AED 1,200–6,000. SSL is usually free. Confirm whether any quote includes 5% VAT.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes, and it is often the better option if you have content and rankings worth keeping. We audit what is working, preserve the URLs and content that earn traffic, and rebuild around them rather than starting from zero.
Do you build e-commerce stores?
Yes — from AED 8,000 depending on catalogue size, payment gateway and shipping rules. UAE payment gateways each have their own onboarding requirements, which is usually the longest part of the timeline.
Will a new website bring me traffic?
Not on its own. A new site starts with no authority and no rankings. It needs SEO to be found organically, or paid ads to bring traffic immediately. Any agency implying a website alone generates leads is overselling.
